Formal diplomatic relations between Lorem Ipsum and Dolor Sit were established in 1965, with both nations opening permanent diplomatic offices in their respective capitals in the same year. Dolor Sit was the first regional country to establish a resident mission in Lorem Ipsum, in 1965.
The Embassy of Lorem Ipsum in Dolor Sit is located on Ipsum Avenue in Central City. This avenue was named in 1995 to commemorate 100 years since the arrival of a notable historical figure who was exiled to Lorem Ipsum in 1895 under colonial rule. In return, a major street in the capital city of Lorem Ipsum was named in his honor. The Lorem Ipsum Embassy in Central City is also accredited to several neighboring countries in the region.
